Any registration information shared with RSVPro will not be shared with others unless required by law.
The registered user of each RSVPro personal domain controls who has access to their data.
Partners can be authorized to view information in an RSVPro personal domain. The registered user of a personal domain has complete control over
the issuance of view passwords. Viewers are not allowed to change or send data from others' domains.
Alternatively and perhaps preferably, one's data can also be sent to one or more authorized partner domains for viewing, and possible editing and return by the partner. (RSVP)
This semi-structured data is sent and received through "interaction threads" on an as needed or desired basis.
Authorization of these exchange partners is also totally within the control of the registered user of the domain.
Partner authorization takes place through a negotiation process that must be approved by both parties.
In this way personal domain users never receive messages from unauthorized parties. ( No more Junk Mail !!! ) This and other technical aspects
of the RSVPro system, particularly the way documents are shared without ever sending "attachments", secures the system and user data from viruses.
User passwords must be kept safe and not shared
with others. Partner and registered user passwords should be changed periodically for your protection.
Again, RSVPro users have sole control over who has access to their
information. As a result, RSVPro, Intellivision, or other service providers are not
in any way responsible for any breaches of security. Please review the license agreement for more information on RSVPro privacy and other
policies.
